I see my fellow peers
Traveling on their own path
Wherever it will take them

They are so very different
As diverse as blades of grass
Thick in a meadow of faces

Some have everything in life
They get whatever they want
In just an eye blink it is their's

All the possessions they see
And material items wanted
Their heart desires come easily

Others have almost nothing
They work for the smallest things
With all of their time and strength

Some struggle with school
Others have family problems
Some never suffer or struggle

Wherever they are in life's circle
Or what they appear or grow to be
Is nnot important in this forest of man

I will not judge them harshly
Doesn't matter what they wear
Or what they have done in life

I will be caring, loving
Try hard to be understanding
And make a difference in the lives of all
