Numbers dancing erotically
in my head,
looking, searching
for a partner,
a soul mate
to replace the void,
to replace the variable,
to complete the puzzle,
to answer the question,
giving a solution, and
easing the succession
of the infinite journey
that lies ahead.

The author's comments:
My passion is mathematics, and am currently taking pre-cal. To me, taking a long math test is similar to the long journey of life. During the test, you are always searching for answers to the next question. In life, people are always searching for solutions to their problems. Both seem to never end, lasting forever.
