My shadow is my only friend
he follows my footsteps down
this dead end
Sometimes i wish he could lead the way
to show me the light to a better day
My shadow is my only friend
when i'm left alone
again and again
When i'm left alone in the cold
my friend gives me a
hand to hold
I feel like an abonded child
left alone with my friend
in the wild
