The Garden

January 11, 2009

The garden with its display of foliage
And petals in a rainbow palette of colors
Spill from every ceramic pot and
Climb over the tall stone walls
The water lilies dance atop the pond in a ballet
And the tulips sway in time
With the songs of the birds that are like a
Glorious chorus peering from the willows
The garden is alive with singing and dancing
Noticeable to all who take the time to enjoy it

I wrote this poem to show people that you can see glorious things in places you would have never expected, if you take the time to notice them
