Life Goes on

Life goes on

As I came back home
I guessed something must have been wrong
And three days later when I got the news
Not a single tear not one tissue used
You taught me to be strong
To stand up when hope is gone

When I find something is wrong
I rise up and rise alone
Never cry when I am left alone
Because you taught me to be strong

After the day has gone and passed
We find the good things never last
And it gets lonely with you gone
But you taught me life goes on.
