Loves Poison

A red as blood
As light as water
The shimmering light
It glistens in sight
We stand side by side
Your black suit and my black gown
We tangle out arms together
He held those golden cups
Exchanging smiled and looks
A sip of heaven or a tast of hell
Atleast we'll die together healthy and well
I'll see you on the other side
Wait for me
I promise to be there

My names Natalie. I first started out poetry through music. The kinds of music are usually sad or calming piano songs, like the romeo and juliet sound track. That song, the sound track got my writting my first beautiful poem. Sense the poeple at my school all wanted to read and stuff, i tend to keep it to my own personal collection. I was never realy good at poems like my cousin Linh was. But i found out many or ANY one can write a poem. You just have to find a way that inspires you, for me it was music, for my cousin it was bordem. Some other people drink when they write poem, thats there way. Anyways, thank you and have a nice day, PEACE.
