Killer in Me

December 2, 2008
By victoria lunacek, Hampshire, IL

every step i get closer,
its eating away at me,
i never knew i could do it,
the burn is so intense,
i screamed,
my head was going to explode,
i need her here,
i want her here,
she keeps me sane,
i still cry in the night over this,
why me,
why now,
its still me right?,
even though i killed that part of me,
now that its gone,
i can breath,
it was the killer in me.
