Fool

My heart is a jewel
And I was a fool.
He took it for granted.
The unrequited love.
The pretty white doves.
It sounds like a good deal
but we were secreatly sealed.
We couldn't see eachother
because of his mother.
So he thought it was a good reason.
He took my heart
and ripped it apart.
I was loyal to him.
Never lied,
Never cheated,
Never tried not to be the best.
So I guess I was the fool in the end.
I don't regreat
that we met,
for I learned
a lesson of
Love.

This poem was about my first boyfriend and even if we only dated for two months I learned a lot about love.
