Uneven,unbroken
The wounds it heals
The scars it leaves
The sluggish pace
Undauntingly slow
Unimaginably fast
A broken heart
Turned to dust
The ticking of Time
At pace with my heart
Outside my body
Outside my reach
In a desert so far
An oasis I seek
A summers day
My heart and I
Once again
Will be together
A reunion
Lasting forver
Only a tick on the clock
