Fade
I can see through my skin
 It’s temporarily clear
 Part of me’s gone
 While some is still here
 I don’t understand
 How can this be
 I’m still myself
But I don’t feel like me
 Am I going crazy
 Have I lost my mind
 One eye can see
 While the other is blind
 Is my body coming undone
 Or just being made
 Is it coming together
 Or starting to fade
 One thing is clear
 And I don’t mean me
 I want to exist
 But can I truly be
 Part of this world
 It’s hard to say
 Guess I’ll find out
 If what’s left doesn’t fade
