Me and You

September 21, 2008
By Leslie Edwards, Coppell, TX

Step by step,
We make a plan.
Hand in hand,
We learn what we can.
Body to body,
We learn to hug.
Heart to heart,
We learn to love.
Tear to tear,
We learn what hurts.
Walk to skip,
We learn to flirt.
Head to head,
We confess what we've done.
Eye to eye,
We merge as one.
Lip to lip,
We learn to kiss.
Head to mind,
We learn what's bliss.
