I let my jealousy and anger get in the way
of what really mattered.
Life is short
so I'm not wasting any time to say I'm sorry
because time that we spend in this big mess
is time that we'll never get back when we're both dead and gone
I know that life is full of darkness
shadows
and scars
and I'm sorry for putting one more on you.
Today was very dark and bleak
but I hope that saying I'm sorry will make tomorrow brighter
