carefully clearing my throat
relaxing my throat muscles
and carefully sliping the worder under my tonge
I wrote your name today
in big black beautiful onk
spinning across that paper
it looked almost perfect
silent
almost dead!
yet so much alive
I spoke your name yesterday
I almost forgot about that today
we were caught in the rain
a gift from god
wet,cold
but not you
you were warm generating heat
thrust out onto my cool frozen skin
and i spoke your name silently,slowly,slipping,the word of the tip of my tonge
admiring and savoring the evening
I wrote your name yesterday
scamping hugely across that pale piece of paper
I staired
admired
mesmerized
dazed by the fact that a name of such great value,worthey of the world
can withstand being scribbled onto such a simpl iteam
