Hidden Vale

August 27, 2008
By Anonymous

The lights flicker bright,
They seem to hide the violence.
Stars cover the night,
In the perfect silence.

Here shines love.
Lights gloss,
Over the wings of a dove.
Brilliant green moss,
Covers the forest’s floor.
Like an emerald blanket,
And just like in lore,
Raindrops hang like silver trinkets.
Warmth and heat,
Here, the lovers meet.
