You couldn't bear the joy
Of the flowers in the sun
They wailed at the blue sky
As you destroyed them for fun

Though I know you well
You've never failed to stun
Me as you fell numerous forests-one by one

Your life is precious
And ours sold on sale
You consider monsters ferocious
When you are one-in our tales

We both faced a choice
And I humbly chose my path
As did you in all your poise
Chose one with underlying wrath

Though it was a boulevard of extinction
We retained the Thing you lost
Fragments of which lie in your emotions
And remind you of the beauty lost

We tried to share it with you
But you always refused to receive
Since from eons you have been
Busy to lie and deceive

It's now evolved into a mission
From the time you refused to receive
To return the thing you lost
For the betterment of every seed

You may cut us down
But we'll still give and stay tall
For it is the Thing that's shown
Us to love,love,love, that's all
