I don't understand

I dont understand
why people are insicure
why people think so little of themselves
why people are judgemental
But most of all
why people dont think theres nothing to look forward to
why people think theres nothing worth fighting for
why people cant live in the moment
What I do understand most is
why it is better to forget than to remember
why good thing go by too fast
why the only thing that doesnt change in life is that things change
