Unreachable
The way I think about you is like the way I listen to music
The lyrics sound so clear and right
But when read aloud
It isn’t so
Because when I listen to music I can sense you here
Just like how all those words make sense in song
But you are not here
So these words do not have meaning
You are sand that helplessly falls through fingers at the beach
Unattainable, unreachable, untouchable
Missing you is hard not because I have forgotten
But because I’ve remembered
