Blanks
Where lies the boundary of things evil and good
Wherein do we find our long forgotten peace
We toil through life, just as we should
But how do we find that blissful release
What if we endowed ourselves in hated
And left the world broken and scorned
Destroyed all things that spurned us so viciously
And left every nation to drown and to mourn
But what if we are overrun by passion
And we keep to the code that was taught
We love all others throughout thick and thin
And with those others we stayed and we fought
To love or to hate, heavenly light or dreadful darkness
To bring pain or healing, sickness or health
What else is there to say
But is there a common ground
Between black and white
When there are different shades of grey
