Dwayne
I met Dwayne,
 a loving man he was,
 his smile always shined,
he sent me letters when he was gone,

Every day he said to me,
there is no other place I’d rather be,
 he’d hug me tight,
 say goodnight,
and leave till the next day

Though some nights when I asked him to,
 Dwayne would stay

 Soon it came clear,
we would be parents to be,
little did I this was what he feared

 Through shards of broken glass,
 I could only ask
Why did you love me only till today?

 I have always loved you,
I can’t think of what to say,
 Only that your pregnant,
So I should put on my shoes,
Your little mishap made our love decay.

 He was not only deceiving,
 but now he is leaving,
 Dwayne took my heart away
