The trees begin to sway
The saints begin to play
The days begin to get cold
The light begins to fade
The studying starts to die
The children start to try
To be on their best behavior
Hoping Santa will stop by
The changes in weather get old
No one knows whether it will be hot or cold
Everyone struggles with what to wear
Stores hope winter clothing will be sold
Everyone awaits their savior
Restaurants begin to spice up the flavor
All hoping to make meals people will savor
With new years coming everyone is quick to do others a favor
