Why can't life be
As simple as a fish?
If i could get what i want
That would be my wish.
Life today is complicated,
Full of new machines.
Cell phones and television
Computers that are keen.
A fish's life is simple,
Only eating and sleeping.
Why can't my life be that?
Instead it is quite heaping.
My life is long and complicated
More puzzling than a dish.
All I really want in life
is to be simple like a fish.
