-I went from zero to thirteen,
-wanted stuffed animals then clothes
-I went from a baby to teen
-think i know it all but I'm not even close
-My childhood will last forever
-I went from diapers and dolls,
-mom's makeup on my face,
-to friends and malls
-Parents,"Give me space,"
-I hope my childhood lasts forever
-I use to follow at my dad's heels,
-my true hero was my mom
-now i cant wait for my own set of wheels
-and choosing a dress for prom
-I'd wish my childhood would last forever
-when I was young I paid no attention to race
-all i saw was another child's face
-mow I'm older and the worlds not what it seems,
-I wish for the world I now can only dream,
-My childhood won't last forever
