A hopeless race, lost in our greed

while children starve along wall street

the business men will meet and greet

where have all our morals gone?

whatever happened to right and wrong?

honesty drowned in a sea of cheats, all fighting for their one true love—currency

kindess was lost in a war of the meek for all of us know it is only for the weak

humility murdered by pride in her sleep, under cover of darkness it slowly creeped

so crush those beneath you, and sell your soul

or starve like the children we continue to ignore.

I hope we all burn in a fire filled h***, for we deserve that, and so much more.
