Silence

March 14, 2008

In this silence,
You might believe
Nothing had happened.
Did it? Or was that all a dream?
If there wasn't
A hole
In my heart
Where you used to be -
Where you should be -
I don't know if I could tell.
But the
Silence
Speaks of the emptiness,
That you used to fill with your laughter.
Where are you?
You got lost in all of that
Twisted metal
Lying in the street,
And now I don't know where you are.
