Darling
As the moon rises and the sun begins to fall
I sit and watch the stars, as the shadows grow.
And I listen, the night animals begin to call.
The trees become skeletons in a ghostly light,
The stars are but eyes in a black sheet of sky.
And the mountains are now black, blending in with night.
But when the stars start falling so do my fears,
And when I feel your arms around me, everything just disappears.
