I am described as the light of day
The tender warm glow of the suns ray
Innocents and purity are my kin
I’m the polar opposite of sin
I’m what everyone should be
Even the wicked hold a part of me
My light in life shines bright
I chase away the evil and the night.

I’m the things that go bump in the night
The demons and devils taking flight
I’m responsible for the wicked
The deranged, the crazed and the sickened.
I’m the reason for everything wrong
My reigns of terror usually last long
Everyone has me, even a little part
I set and wait in the corners of your heart.
