Romance - Part I
Romance – Part I.
I can hear the rain fall
With each rain drop caressing the earth
I can see each flower open up
Taking in the shower it deserves
I can feel the wind sweep by
Mesmerizing all with its coolness
I can smell the aroma of wet earth
Rich in its purity
I can touch the pages of my notebook
Wet with fresh raindrops
I can hear you, but not your voice
I can see you, with me in my dreams
I can feel you, right now standing right next to me
I can smell you, your breath of freshness
But I can’t touch you, even when I dream
Well I can surely imagine you
Your skin as soft as cream
And as fair as the moonlight, bright as ever
I can tell you, your eyes have great depths
And your lips – great memories
If only, My Love, were you with me
You could have seen how much I love you
My Love, I will be waiting for you.
