Who Knows What Will Come Tomorrow
When I hear the sound of the bass
It’s like every other sound is erased
It’s banging and booming so low, so loud
It will catch the attention of any crowd
Then the rest of the music starts playing
Melody, harmony, do you understand what I’m saying
It’s so easy but confusing and you’ll try to figure it out
They want to know what it’s all about
But music is being molded, folded, and changed to our liking
And lately the music has been so striking
All it’s about is hate, crime, sex, and drugs
We should just throw it all under the rug
Music moves so fast, there’s a new generation
It seems like there’s no more room for hesitation
So that we can keep the elevation
Of the challenges that music brings
And keep on having new, upcoming innovations
