Favorite Quote:
"I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is."

All I wanted was you
if you'd have me…
I once thought
this was all that could be,

If only I'd been smart
or you hadn't disappeared.
I'd save myself the heartache
and the scars that still sear.

I may be acting immature,
but you don't see how I hurt:
how I yearn, pain, cry
when I was dragged through the dirt.

No, it was more like mud
because mud sticks to stay,
clings with you longer
than dirt that runs away,

That's more than I can say for you, at least.
Why do I still think of you?
When you don't care about me;
building your ego is all I do.

I wish you'd want me
and I didn't care, or fear
so you could feel the stab
that's stuck with me for years
