Favorite Quote:
"Those who restrain desire, do so because theirs is weak enough to be restrained." William Blake

The breeze it softly blew.
The sky alight, the day is new,
Yet for the same dark aura surrounding some of you.
I know not what to say,
As rushes gently sway,
And sweet spices dance along the zephyr, to take my breath away.
Smiles fade to gray,
Thoughts turn to jealous jade,
And actions speak the thoughts unspoken to darken this new day.
My cry turns to a bay,
Anger blazes, to my dismay,
But as way leads on to way,
I doubt you will get the chance to stay.
For the wind, it tenderly blew,
All my thoughts away untrue,
Yet for the same dark aura, surrounding some of you.

It takes a keen eye to see through the masks people place so carefully upon their faces. The wind can whisk away the physical disguise but not the cloying shadows.
