Favorite Quote:
"Your not pretty, your beautiful."

Tears us to separate.
We must not hesitate.
Let us all meditate.
Close our eyes without hate.

Struggle like the earthquake.
Don’t ever let yourself shake.
What are we trying to save?
The bond that phoenix made.

Though they sacrificed us for their sake.
We will always remain awaken.
ARLINGTON had been taken away.
Possibility is what Bio-smart created.

No more times to spare or play.
We can’t do anything, they can do.
The sweetest phrases are here to stay.
Forget these endless debates.

We all cannot try to remake.
Pain that can no longer take.
Let the pain sail away.
Matter fact, it’s our last day.

Remember that this… is our FATE.

The author's comments:
The day that Arlington Sr. High School students who went to the protesting down town St. Paul to keep our school safe from closing down is what inspired me. I just hope that people will feel, see, taste what we faced. They will get a story behind what has happened by reading this poem.
