The light from the sun paints a beautiful picture
But is the sun trying to cover up the world’s many faults?
To look out at the beautiful day
You wouldn’t stop to think about the troubles and evils in the world
The war, the murders, and the children starving
Is the sun aware of this?
Is that why it is shining so bright?
To hide the negative that takes place everyday?
