Ode to Summer

summer;
filled with sunshine,
warmth,
happiness.
the beach;
waves crashing,
crabs crawling,
teenagers tanning,
music playing.
the vacations;
screaming down the rollercoasters
the adrenaline you get down the waterslides,
the sloppy sundaes as the sun beats down.
summer;
filled with contageous smiles,
laughing till it hurts,
meeting new people,
and making new memories.
late nights,
sparklers lighting up our faces,
fourth of july fireworks
and fireflies flying.
summer,
lazy days.
crazy night,
perfection.
