I never said good-bye

I have always loved you, my dear grandma
We had times of good and bad
We had those days where we go to the beach to get the life guards mad
It was you and I against the world of evil and disgust
There was so many people in the world that you mistrust
Ice cream was our favorite food that we ate every day
It was really awesome how we also lived in the bay
I never actually thought about the day that you would die
Its also really sad how I never said good-bye.
