Someday when the moment is right
Ill be ready to put up a fight
To stand up for myself
And know that I will be all right.

But as of now they might as well diagnose me with some sort of disease
For doing whatever it is that I please.
Because that’s exactly what ill do just to be with you
By any means

But one of these days
When courage and wisdom comes my way
That’s when I will say, “enough is enough”
This I have put up with too much

But for now ill just stand,
Doing whatever it takes to hang on to what I can.
Letting you go ahead and think you’re a “man.”

And when it’s all said and done.
In the end when I have finally won
I’ll shave off whatever memories left of us I have.
I wont regret leaving you behind and putting you in my past.
Because in my heart I’ll know,
That for my own good it was time to take a stand.
