Read my words, I'll read your heart
They both say we're better off apart
Torn in pieces, left right here
So much can change in just one year
A winter as lover, now summer as strangers
When we started I didn't consider the dangers
But now I've got the scars to prove
And you're so shaken you can't even move
I can't deny how you've made me feel
Can't ignore the pain that all too real
But in twisted silence I hear you say
We'll see each other again someday
