Glacier

November 26, 2007
By Lee McLeod, Durham, NC

Moving through a river,
Plowing liquid.
Standing strong,
yet moving in time with the currents
it slowly dissipates
unable to stand on its own,
instead of relying upon its carrier and
its comfortable familiarity.
Slowly it dissipates,
unable to stand on its own,
eventually conforming to its carrier.
