Our Typical School Day

Lots of pressure and stress,
Everyone is put to the test.
Get ready for it!
So don't quit just yet.

Spying beads of sweat,
On the angry teacher you just met,
The deadline is soon,
We work maniacally like buffoons.

Class, we have a pop quiz!
Says the teacher. Audible groans are heard.
Struggling to get the questions, I'm not much of a whiz.
We all wish we were as smart as the nerd.

Even though we know
School is only a chapter in our lives,
We students just go with the flow.

My friend and I were talking over Facebook and we decided to write this random poem about school stress/pressure.
