"The Flower within Me"

The simple flower in the
unadorned garden slowly
wilts. A beautiful, lively,
sky blue tuilp drops one silky
petal carpeting the mossy
grass. Fall, fall on the
comforting grass, shed your
love, life and wisdom upon
us, the earth. Now a lifeless
posy-the erect cup- shaped
tulip drips seeds of life.
In the spring of the year, a
new garden will grow as the
royal blue tulips blossum
once again- reminding us of
the one simple flower in the
unadorned garden.
