On and on this path I walk
As the time ticks on my clock
Walking to the promised joy
Tv gives to each girl and boy
On this path I’m not alone
Followed by the endless drone
The drone of life as they expect
Me to give great respect
To those that always bring us down
So that they may wear the grandest crown
And he who wore the crown of thorn
Of whose passing we are to morn
He looks down upon his people
And sees the few awed by his steeple
They seem to have his every blessing
As all around darkness is pressing
Showing all that is missing
Looking for the weakest link
The piece of chain that has a chink
And with that it will break the chain
And even the pious will feel the pain
And with the pain will come the anger
That they were not shielded by a boy in a manger
But how can one shield us all
When our race has began to fall
And the fall shall be so great
The tower of Babel will have to wait
And with a world with so much hate
The four horsemen should not be late
