a poem to our trees
June 3, 2010
once we had trees
but not anymore
because of the things we use them for
we're cutting and chopping,
never stopping
the forest is hurting
from so much burning
of course we need paper and wood
but if we really wanted to stop this destruction and protect our trees,
i think we could
