Journey to Heaven
Starring at the heavens, the heavens stare back.
Searching for a way to get my life on track.
I wish I had tried harder before I started floating.
Only I can find a way to keep my heart from exploding.
I hope he will forgive me for what I have done.
My life paints a picture and its starting to run.
The colors are smearing and they are starting to smudge.
I try to move forward, but I simply won’t budge.
I know it is over, there was no moving on.
The concert of my life is on its last song.
