The Prince & His Princess

October 18, 2007

The rain always falls in my head over and over again
I’ll touch his face
With rainbow fingers
To give him color again

I’ll kiss his lips
To let him breathe the air I breathe again

I’ll wake him up
Because we all know he’s just asleep
As we all bring flowers
To crown our prince.

Instead of the typical story
I’ll have to kiss him this time.
I’ll wake him up for his slumber
And I swear
He’ll be all mine.

As I lay by his bed
I’ll kiss those tainted purple lips
Feel the blood rush as I lay a kiss

The coldness runs through my body
Sending shivers up my spine
His body feels so cold
As it lies next to mine.
