Old memories seem foggy in my mind
But summer still lingers
I never expected to get hit by the love bug
Until it happened to me
I fell hard with no one to catch me
The peace I once felt is gone
My heart is forever and always scratched
Looking at the clock does not stop my pain
Even the thickest band aid cant heal the pain I feel
Sometimes I just want to fly away
And leave all my haunting memories behind
I can forgive but never forget
Don't play games with my heart.
