looking for the right moment to
show herself
Hope is sitting in the
basement wanting the storm to end,
wishing the crashes and booms would stop
Hope is in the bank, wondering
if there's money for groceries next week,
will the family have enough to last?
Hope is sitting in her kitchen, knowing that
no matter what happens
everything is going to be okay
