Poetry famous in it's own right
(But...)
You chose
To enhance
For my sake
You let us in
The secret walls of your mind

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem shortly after reading quite a few poems by E.E. Cummings. I noticed that if you took out all of the parenthesis the poetry was great in its own right, but E.E. Cummings had the bravery to let us into his mind, his secret feelings, with his parenthesis.
