I am different
I wonder why I try
I hear the words of truth
I see the way things used to be
I want to be somebody
I am different
I pretend I’m a bird
I feel I can fly away
I touch the clouds and water below
I worry I may fall victim to the rocky shore bellow
I cry to think my family might die
I am different
I understand life is important
I say things will be okay
I dream to find that day
I try to make time pass fast
I hope for the start of a new day
I am different
