who really knows

Who knows,
the secrets to my life,
the easy shortcuts to freedom,
the pain that I will have to deal with?
Who may I ask knows,
the feelings that I will feel,
the changes that will change me,
the choices that I will make to make my future?
who could possibly know,
why bad things happen to me,
why I am not popular or even cool,
why do so many people judge me on what others say?
Then again,
who really knows?
