Walking on the streets of LA
will surely bring you to say
that even on that beautiful bay
there is sadness in the heart of people that went amiss.
And on Skidrow it is filled with nothing but sorrow of those who walk that street.
They have a million stories to tell about how they all fell
into the mess they are in today.
Even the broken hearts that you see could maybe be saved,
but we have to be brave.
So that nothing can bring us down
that in our actions, maybe, just maybe
we could touch those broken hearts and bring them to thier feet.
It gives you a whole different perspective of God, and even while our actions help them,
some of thier actons help us even more
Thier perspective of God is more powerful than ours once they find it.
So we must strive for that view, and just so you know...
"Jesus was Homeless".

I went on a mission trip to LA and it was alot of fun, it inspired me to write this poem, especially the last line. One homeless guy said that and it is stuck in my heart forever.
