Why I cry myself to sleep

Nothingness,
Emotionless,
Some days are like this,
I start out happy and carefree,
But as the day goes on something changes you see,
Depression closes in on me,
Making it hard to breath,
I hold back tears,
I won't cry here,
Not where everyone can see,
That’s why I cry myself to sleep.
